ABOUT EMPOWHER AFRICA

Building Beyond Business. Shaping Africa's Future.

EmpowHER Africa exists to unlock the full potential of women entrepreneurs through transformative experiences, strategic opportunities, meaningful connections, and access to the resources they need to build enduring enterprises that shape industries and make an impact.

OUR APPROACH

We don't teach women how to start businesses.

We develop the leaders who build enterprises that last.

Most entrepreneurship programs focus on helping women launch businesses. We focus on developing the leadership, strategic thinking, and vision required to build enterprises that grow, endure, and create lasting value.

HOW WE DO IT

01

We Build Leaders

Businesses rarely outgrow the people leading them. We invest in the women behind the business.

02

We Build Enterprises

We go beyond helping women start businesses. We equip them to build organizations that scale, create jobs, and generate long-term prosperity.

03

We Build Opportunity

We create meaningful connections that open doors to partnerships, investment, leadership, and influence.

04

We Build Community

Growth accelerates when ambitious women learn, collaborate, and grow together.  We cultivate a powerful network of support and sisterhood.

OUR STORY

Experience revealed the problem.
Purpose created the solution.

EmpowHER Africa wasn’t born in a boardroom.  It was born from years of witnessing talented women entrepreneurs work tirelessly yet remain constrained by barriers that hard work alone could not overcome.

Over time, it became clear that the greatest barrier wasn’t ambition or hard work. It was access to leadership development, strategic thinking, meaningful networks, and opportunities that enable businesses to become enduring enterprises.

That realization became the foundation of EmpowHER Africa. We exist to equip women entrepreneurs with the leadership, perspective, and opportunities needed to build enterprises that create lasting prosperity for themselves, their communities, and Africa.
